It’s an incredibly challenging and worrying time as we see the COVID-19 virus spread and affect the lives of many directly and indirectly. We hope that you and your families can stay safe and healthy during this period.
We are very thankful to the hard working and dedicated people working in hospitals and healthcare, putting their lives at risk to provide care for those in need. We’re also thankful to everyone else working hard to provide necessary services, whether it’s supermarkets, pharmacies or social services.
During this difficult time there will be a lot of people struggling, including employees and small local businesses. We will endeavour to continue to support local businesses and the community.
More than ever we need a little joy in our lives and with this in mind we will continue to operate and provide everything you need for your family celebrations. Our store remains open with reduced hours. We will continue to operate within the bounds of government regulation.
We encourage you to order online or over the phone and we’ll provide contactless delivery of your order to your home. We will place the order outside your front door or gate, ring your doorbell or SMS you and step back to a safe distance to confirm you have received your order before leaving.
In addition, we are offering free delivery on orders (click for details). We want to ensure you can keep getting your balloons and party supplies even in these challenging times.
Finally, we want to thank all of you for your continued support of Party Affair. This year will be the 26th birthday for the business and we’ve faced various challenges over the years. This Coronavirus challenge will be one of the most difficult but with your support and by working together we’ll all get through this and on to brighter times.
