Regular Post - within Australia
On all standard orders we will endeavour to post all items within 2-3 working days. If there is a unique product we will mention this on the product page, so please carefully review the page before making a purchase to see if there are any special notes.
A$13.95 flat rate for Registered Postage via Australia Post for packages weighing up to 10kg. For oversize packages over 10kg the postage is A$18.95.
Standard delivery time is 2-14 days after your order is sent, depending on your location and whether your order is oversize.
Express Post - within Australia
If you need your items in a hurry we’re happy to make it a priority and send it out via express post. On the final order page after adding your payment details you’re able to select the type of shipping. At this point please indicate that you want express. If there are any additional comments please contact us.
A$23.95 flat rate for express postage via Australia Post for packages weighing up to 5kg. For oversize packages over 5kg the postage is A$34.95.
Express delivery time is 1-3 working days after your order is sent, with some locations and bulky items not available to be rushed.

At Party Affair we aim to keep all items in stock in quantities to meet your requirements; however like with all retail businesses, some items will sometimes run low, be discontinued without our knowledge or be backordered by our supplier. If an item you have ordered is unavailable in the advertised timeframe, we will contact you as soon as we are aware of an issue to let you know and provide you with the option to replace or refund your order. Items on our website listed as "Available" are to the best of our knowledge, available to ship to you within the advertised timeframe. We do our best to ensure that each order is carefully packed before we ship it to you. However, if an item arrives to you in a less than satisfactory condition, we will happily arrange replacement, exchange or a refund. To do so, we require you to send a digital photograph of the product by email including your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not deem itself faulty or damaged.
Should you wish to exchange a product for any other reason the delivery costs won’t be refundable (unless we have made an error on your order). The goods must be returned in original condition, unopened and unused and must be received within 14 days of purchase accompanied with the proof of purchase, your name, contact details and reason for return. Items may be exchanged for items of the same value or in exchange for a credit note to the value of the item. Credit notes are valid for 12 months.
Our returns policy does not apply to items purchased at sale prices. All sale items are final sales and no exchanges or refunds will be given unless the product is deemed faulty. We cannot refund any postage, freight or courier costs incurred.
All returns must be pre-arranged with management and returned to Party Affair within 14 days of purchase. It is advisable to take insurance on your return post as Party Affair will not be held responsible for any product lost or damaged in delivery.
